Coaches will be sent voting materials and directions and all votes must be received by the meet manager on Friday, 12:00 p.m. (NOON), October 4, 2013. The tournament placement meeting will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2013, 2:00 p.m. The manager will distribute information to each coach at check-in. Schools will place themselves in the race of their choice based on seed.
