All teams in the West Chester Division I District Cross Country races will be seeded. Seeded teams in rank order will place themselves in one of the two races. The boys will have fourteen (14) schools in each race and the girls will have fifteen (15) schools in each race. Coaches will be sent voting materials and directions and all votes must be received by the meet manager on Friday, Noon, October 13, 2006. The Tournament Placement Meeting will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2006, 3:00 p.m. The manager will distribute information on how coaches voted on seeds, and the schools will place themselves in the race of their choice based on seed. Each race will qualify four (4) teams and the first sixteen (16) runners will qualify for the Regional Race in Troy.
